Arrival Standards (MOQA)1. When Guest Arrive, we will personally greet them at curb side and escort them to their room.
2. For first-time guests, we will ask questions to determine their preferances. 3.We will introduce one or two hotel features or services that seem ideally suited to each guests. 4. Individually arriving guests will be offered to be escorted to their rooms. 5. Inside the guest room, we will introduce features that are uniquelly suited or fitted to each guest. 6. If the guest room is not available for early arrival, we will proactively offer and provide a private facility to change and shower. |
Hotel Departure and Farewell |
1. When guests depart, we will express our thanks and appreciation, and encourage them to return.
2. We will give all guests attentive farewells by accompanying them and remaining at the curb side. 3. Bills will be attractively presented, easy to read, and completely accurate when presented to the guest. 4.Helpful information or an appropriate enquiry will be extended to the departing guest to demonstrate concern for their continued travel comfort and convenience. |
Special Touches |
1.If an arriving guest has lost their luggage, we will proactively offer an elegantly packed,complimentary emergency kit containing basic toiletries and sleepware.
2.From early morning until at least 07:30am, we will maintain a complimentary coffee and tea presentation for early departures in the lobby area. 3. Towels and bottled mineral water will be available near the front entrance for joggers at all times. |
